Carmen Margaret De Silva, age 97, of Scarborough, Ontario passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at 3:15 a.m. Carmen was born on August 14, 1923, in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, great and great-great, local and abroad.
