Update: Willowdale Raise $1,790 for the “Coldest Night of the Year”

Update, Friday, March 7, 2025

The Willowdale Adventist High School Class would like to thank the church family for their generous contribution to our fundraising events. We embarked on a one-hour walk in the cold on the evening of February 22 as a reminder to be mindful of individuals challenged with housing and food. It wasn’t easy and we were very excited when we made the final turn down Kingsbridge Court. Our goal was $1,000.00, and by God’s grace, we raised $1,790.00 for the North York Harvest Food Bank. Special shout out to Pastor Henry, who helped promote our event in her Pastor’s Corner. Thank you, Willowdale Family! Your support is truly inspiring and appreciated. Praise God from whom all blessings flow! God willing, we will see you all again next year!

Update, Thursday, February 20, 2025

As of today, Willowdale has raised $635. We are so close to the $1,000 objective to help raise money for the Harvest Food Bank and encourage everyone to join this community effort. The deadline is this Sabbath.
