Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager

In coordination with the Development Program Director, the M&E Manager will be responsible for leading efforts to ensure the smooth functioning of ADRA Canada’s project monitoring, evaluation and reporting (MER) systems, strengthening staff and local partner capacity in MER, providing tools to implementing partners, and in further developing ADRA Canada’s expertise in MER.

MEAL (Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning) Manager

The MEAL Manager will bring significant experience and fresh ideas to lead on MEAL system implementation, review and evaluations, MEAL budgeting, recruitment, and support to proposal writing and logical framework development.

Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for writing proposals and managing projects successfully from project start-up to the end of project evaluation. These will be primarily, but not limited to, Food and Non-Food Assistance Humanitarian Projects funded by the Canadian Foodgrains Bank (CFGB) and International Humanitarian Assistance (IHA).

Project Manager – Ukraine Response

The Project Manager is integral to the Emergency Programs team and plays a significant role in ADRA’s efforts in the Ukraine Crisis response. Reporting to the Emergency Program Director and working in close collaboration with other Project Managers and the technical compliance team, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing a multi-country project successfully, from project start-up to the end of the project. The main sectors of the project are Protection and Cash Assistance.

Accountant

The Accountant is responsible for supporting all accounting functions related to project cost reporting. Their primary role will be to monitor project spend to budget and forecast and provide project-specific information to the Project Management team on an ad hoc basis. They will also perform reconciliations, prepare project reports, and prepare accrual entries and other ad hoc support the Finance team requires as it relates to project accounts.

Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant supports the Accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.

Technical Coordinator – Carbon Accounting & Environmental Protection

Technical Coordinator – Carbon accounting & environmental protection will focus on the 3 main objectives: creating and documenting data collection system for Carbon Accounting, gathering and analyzing the data to feed into the system including training/coaching of ADRA staff in using the system, as well as supporting further action to reduce ADRA environmental footprint, working in collaboration with counterparts in ADRA Germany and Canada. This position is ideal for a highly self-motivated solution-oriented team player with strong technical/innovation experience, great collaboration and mentoring skills who can produce specific deliverables within a limited period.
