The church board of the Willowdale church just voted to terminate in-person worship until further notice. The live stream will still take place as usual.
On Tuesday, November 10, the city of Toronto announced changes to its health and safety guidelines. As the number of COVID cases continues to break record highs, the city is now strongly recommending that faith-based places of worship drastically reduce the number of people who attend services.
What Now?
The church board thus decided to close in-person worship to comply with the latest municipal regulations and ensure the safety of all our church members. We encourage everyone to join our interactive online Sabbath School classes. We are also holding a live stream worship service at 11.30 am where you can chat with other church members.
