Ubuntu is a choir at Burman University and a Zulu word often translated as “I am because we are,” reflecting our belief in the universal bond that connects us all. The choir director is Romando Carey, who is originally from the GTA and did an internship at Willowdale. The choir will travel this spring on its first-ever concert tour to Ontario.
