As a matter of fact, Dr. Burrell often leads discussions on the church in contemporary society and believes such discussions are critical in the present social climate. He has a passion for discussions on race as well as social justice and believes the church ought to force for change in the world. He wishes for his listeners to walk away with a clear sense of their God-given responsibility to be a catalyst for social change. Kevin is married to Val Burrell and enjoys time with their children, Jonathan (13) and Jesse (10).
