Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator is a crucial fund development role within the organization. The Operations Coordinator contributes significantly to ADRA’s growth and sustainability, supporting the strategic fundraising and communication efforts. This role is responsible for supporting the Director, Supporter Relations, assisting in the organization’s annual fundraising, donor stewardship, recognition, and communication. The Operations Coordinator works collaboratively across departments on grant activities while stewarding relationships with new and existing donors and provides support to the Director in recognizing major gift donors. This role has significant responsibility for overseeing complex projects and is accountable for achieving specific funding goals laid out in the strategic plan. The Operations Coordinator coordinates the multimedia specialists’ team within the department.
Faith-Based Relations Coordinator
The Faith-Based Relations Coordinator is a crucial role in fostering the relationship between ADRA Canada and faith-based organizations, especially, the leadership and constituency of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Canada. This role represents ADRA for the faith-based communities and is responsible for coordinating activities and projects related to this segment, such as ADRA Ambassadors, and International Connections among other initiatives. This role is the key host of ADRA communication, including podcasts, videos, social media live events and others. Due to such exposure, the Faith-Based Relations Coordinator oversees ADRA’s leadership givers program.
