Staff Assistance & Prospect Researcher
This position is responsible for the continuous enrichment and implementation of donor care, donation processing, and donor database management, research, and reporting. The Staff Assistance & Prospect Researcher is responsible for finding and compelling prospect donors for elevation focus and exploring venues for donor acquisition and grant opportunities, including foundations.
MEAL (Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning) Manager
The MEAL Manager will bring significant experience and fresh ideas to lead on MEAL system implementation, review and evaluations, MEAL budgeting, recruitment, and support to proposal writing and logical framework development.
Accountant
The Accountant is responsible for supporting all accounting functions related to project cost reporting. Their primary role will be to monitor project spending to budget and forecast and provide project-specific information to the Project Management team on an ad hoc basis. They will also perform reconciliations, prepare project reports, and prepare accrual entries and other ad hoc support the Finance team requires as it relates to project accounts.
Accounting Assistant
The Accounting Assistant supports the Accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.
