The Toronto Police Service issued a warning on February 13 to expect “extreme traffic and transit delays” tomorrow, February 14, in the North York region. A rally will take place on Yonge Street, between Yonge & Steeles and Yonge & North York Boulevard (see the red line on the map below), from 11 a.m To 05:00 p.m. Attendance could “exceed 200,00 people” and police will close or limit access to numerous streets nearby, which will cause major disruptions. We encourage anyone coming to church to plan accordingly and expect a much longer commute than usual.
